This article compiles information about the changes brought by the demerger. Following the demerger, Luotea Plc began operating as its own company starting January 1, 2026.
Our subsidiaries’ names have changed
The names of Luotea Plc’s subsidiaries have changed. Business IDs and bank account details remain unchanged, including those of Luotea Plc.
New names:

Important regarding payment processes
Although bank account numbers remain the same, the company name has changed. This may require actions in your systems, such as reviewing payment details and updating the payee name to reflect the new company structure. We recommend ensuring that your processes and systems are up to date.
Our old customer service numbers will stop working on January 31, 2026
Our customer service has new phone numbers and the old numbers will stop working in the end of January. Calls will be redirected from old numbers during January, so start using the new ones immediately to ensure there is no interruptions in communications.

Summary of other changes brought by the demerger
- Our Business ID does not change, even though the name does.
- Our email addresses have changed to the format firstname.lastname@luotea.com.
- If you are expecting an email from us but have not received it, please check your spam folder. New email domains sometimes get caught by filters. If you still cannot find the email, please contact your customer representative or our customer service by phone.
- We have moved to a new headquarters, Luotsiasema, at Kutomotie 2, Helsinki.
- Our invoices will change in appearance, including the logo and name of the invoicing company.
- Our new name and visual identity are also visible in our digital services.
- Our employees’ workwear and equipment branding will gradually change to the Luotea brand during 2026.
