Management

Luotea Plc’s President and CEO is appointed by the Board of Directors. The President and CEO is responsible for day-today operations in keeping with the instructions of the Board of Directors. He is also responsible for the strategy process. Antti Niitynpää has served as the company’s President and CEO since 31 December 2025.

The Group Management Team assists the President and CEO in the management of the company. The Group Managemetn Team has no authority based on legislation or the Articles of Association. The Group Management Team is comprised of the President and CEO as the chairman and Group executives confirmed by the Board of Directors. The members of the Group Management Team report to the President and CEO. The Group Management Team convenes at least once a month.
